HISTORY
Countryside Diesel, LLC. was established in 2005 by Darren and Megan Fischer with the intention to operate as a home-based side business for Darren to meet the demands of owner-operators and local farmers. While Darren was working full-time at Premier 94 Truck Service, the business operated strictly on nights and weekends. The business grew quickly as satisfied customers referred new clients. In 2011, Darren left Premier 94 after 10 years of being with them. He then operated Countryside Diesel full time.
Megan left her full-time position in 2016 to also work full-time with Darren at Countryside Diesel.
By the end of 2017, our customer base grew to over 260 customers with over 500 pieces of equipment.
In 2018, Darren and Megan decided to pursue a larger establishment to accommodate the rising customer demand. The NEW location was purchased, renovated, and made "truck friendly". The beautiful establishment was opened up in May 2019.

Darren Fischer is the owner and Shop Manager. Communicating with and scheduling customers, ordering parts, troubleshooting problems and directing employees is all currently handled by Darren. As the company grows the goal is to hire a parts manager to take that part of the job from Darren so he can focus on customer relationships and overall management of operations. The experience and knowledge Darren holds is invaluable and makes it impossible for him to not be an essential part of the day to day mechanic work in the shop. Teaching our employees is an important aspect of his job that will never be delegated completely.
Jayson Decker, he is a self taught mechanic, and worked as one for ten years, then decided to become a tow truck driver. Ten years after that, he came back to being a mechanic again. Jayson's strengths are listening, solving problems, and answering any questions a customer might have. His favorite part about working at Countryside is the people he gets to work alongside with.
Clayton Field is the Night Shift Lead at Countryside. He started working here in high school through Wright Tech, then decided to pursue a diesel technician education.
