PARTS AND SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Ensure customer needs are fulfilled and develop relationship with customers
- Answer customer calls & schedule appointments
- Prepare customer quotes
- Call customers regarding repairs needed
- Process all service repair orders and warranty claims
- Track repair and maintain shop schedule
- Maintain current knowledge on job times, job pricing, and flat rates
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Time management & organizational skills
- Ability to use POS system
- Customer oriented
- Customer service experience
- Computer skills
- Truck shop experience a plus
EXPERIENCED DIESEL MECHANIC
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Perform inspections and preventative maintenance including full services, wheel seals, brakes & drum, etc.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical concerns with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, techniques used in Truck/Trailer repair
- Maintain clean area and tools for safe work environment
- Willingness to work with others on projects, but ability to work alone.
- Day and night shifts available
