Parts used for repair are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or genuine dealer parts purchased from reputable suppliers. The inventory kept on hand is a variety of basic parts needed for everyday repairs and parts that are known issues with customer trucks. Having these parts on hand increases our ability to serve our customers efficiently. Our vendors have daily deliveries from their warehouses for parts that need to be special-ordered, which also helps us keep completion times short.
